What the 6 months look like

This isn’t consulting where someone else does the work. This is mentorship. You lead your transformation with someone who has done this for 20 years guiding you through every challenging moment.

Months 1-2: Launch Your Transformation — On-site kickoff where we map your stakeholders, understand your challenge, and build your roadmap. You’ll learn how to secure executive sponsorship and get the resources you need.

Months 3-4: Build Momentum — You’ll lead your first major workshops (with coaching), establish your team’s rhythm, and navigate the politics that come with cross-functional work. Remote support throughout.

Months 5-6: Lead Independently — By now, you’re driving change with confidence. We focus on C-suite communication, handling resistance, and ensuring what you build lasts long after the program ends.


Throughout: Real-Time Support — 24-hour response access when you need guidance, plus a network of leaders facing similar transformation challenges.
